Girlfriends is a ladies fitness center that offers a full service health club facility for women only. We have the added benefit that members can enjoy in our massage services, pilates and yoga classes, tanning and monthly events for ladies to get together and socialize with their girlfriends. My dream was to one day open a place for women of all ages to come and take time out for themselves... this is when I decided to introduce Girlfriends Fit Club. With my many years experience in the fitness industry, I have noticed that women’s busy lifestyles never allow them time for themselves. My goal at Girlfriends is to have a non-intimidating place for women to get fit, meet friends and relax during a massage, all in one stop. Girlfriends Fit Club is now open on Sundays from 12-4pm! We are also considering adding daycare, further details to follow!
