Ball Blast
This class is designed to tone your complete body. During this class we will be using the exercise balls along with free weights to tone up the muscles! |

Butts, Guts, Tushies, Tummys & Ta Ta's
This is a unique class that is designed to help women specifically work on our biggest problem area's of our lower and upper bodies. You will be using various weights and toning techniques to help shape up those most stubborn area's.
Tummy, Tush & Toning
Take some time to work on those two areas of our lower body that we all seem to need most help with. During this class we will be concentrating on toning our tummies and tushies, but don’t sweat it, we won’t neglect the rest of our muscle groups!

Cardio & Toning
This class varies weekly from step aerobics to a high intensity cardio blast burner! You will build up your cardio endurance during this class while you sweat off those unwanted calories.
BootCamp
These workouts are efficient because you work your entire body - heart and muscles - by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like – push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, and other body weight exercises. The difference lies in the intensity. In Bootcamp your challenge is to take your body to its limit.

Fun-n-Sun Body Sculpt*
Enhance your cardiovascular, while you shape, define and strengthen your body by using the prop’s of nature. Each week we meet at a different park in Holland/Zeeland area that we explore while doing our workout! Choose between our moderate or high-intensity levels of this class. *This is a seasonal class (spring & summer)
Mommy & Me Stroller Aerobics*
Can't find a baby sitter? Bring your baby with you to do this workout! Enjoy the great outdoors with your baby while you burn off that baby weight and tone up those stubborn areas. *This is a seasonal class (spring & summer)

Kickboxing
Get ready to toughen up! During this class you will be incorporating different punches and kicks while building up your cardio endurance. This class is designed for beginner kickboxers but is also welcome for more advance students. |
Country Line Dancing
It's that time again to get on your dancing shoes and rock the floor with some good old fashioned Country Line Dancing. Because you know what they say... "You can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl". So let's rock those feet to that honky tonk rhythm that will never leave that true country girl. Every first Wednesday of the month this class will be a beginner class to help those in need of a little extra honky tonk tune up. Every other Wednesday will be beginner/intermediate. |

Step Aerobics
You will be incorporating a cardiovascular workout on and around an adjustable platform during this class. You don’t have to be a step expert to take this course, we have all levels join in the fun!

Zumba
Join our “fitness party” and get your feet moving and hips shaking to Latin rhythms. In this dance/aerobics total body workout, you’ll burn calories while having fun! This fast growing craze uses Salsa & Samba music with easy to follow dance moves to get your heart pumping! It’s the best party around! |

Pilates
Pilates conditions the whole body and is great to incorporate with weight training to prevent injuries. Create a sleek, toned body while you gain long lean muscles and flexibility. Pilates elongates and strengthens, while developing a strong "core" or center of the body.
Yoga
Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of uninterrupted flow of traditional poses. This class is for both beginners and advance students.
Yogalates
Can't decide between yoga or pilates? Why not do a little of both. Yogalates, a mixture of yoga and pilates all in one class!
