From the classic cardio workout of step aerobics to the Latin influences of Zumba, Girlfriends Fit Club in Holland, Michigan has it all. Ball Blast
During this fun class you'll be toning your complete body all in one hour doing a variety of workouts, while using a fitness ball and free weights!

 

30/30 Begin this class with 30 minutes of cardio that focuses on burning calories while strengthening the heart. Follow with 30 minutes of Yoga which will help increase your range of motion, improve flexibility, increase relaxation and release tension.

 

Butts, Guts, Tushies, Tummy's & Ta Ta's
This is a unique class that is designed to help women specifically work on our biggest problem areas of our lower and upper bodies. You will be using various weights and toning techniques to help shape up those most stubborn areas.  

 

 

  Cardio Strength Training
This class varies weekly from high/low impact aerobics, ball cardio, and interval strength training. This is a great high intensity cardio blast burner to kick those calories!

B.L.T (Burn, Lean & Tone)
A mix of cardio/Pilates/Toning training for ALL levels of fitness; Guaranteed to burn lots of calories and stretch out those hard worked muscles while having fun!

 

  

       Outdoor Bootcamp
Enhance your cardiovascular, while you shape, define and strengthen your body by using the prop’s of nature. Each month we meet at a different park in Holland area that we explore while doing our workout! Each class offers a moderate or high-intensity level.   

 

   Power Bootcamp 
Get ready to toughen up ladies! During this class you will be trained in a "drill sargent fashion" while focusing on strengthening specific muscle groups. Each week will incorporate a different workout. This class is for all fitness levels! 

 
Country Line Dancing
It's that time again to get on your dancing shoes and rock the floor with some good old fashioned Country Line Dancing. Because you know what they say... "You can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl". So let's rock those feet to that honky tonk rhythm that will never leave that true country girl. Every first Wednesday of the month this class will be a beginner class to help those in need of a little extra honky tonk tune up. Every other Wednesday will be beginner/intermediate. 
 
 

Aerobics and Step
Basic Step Aerobics for cardio and toning. You will be doing cardio and toning moves on and around the platform step.

Step and Tone Step aerobics with a mix of cardio to burn those unwanted calories!

Step Challenge Bring your fitness to the next level with this intense intermediate to advance level step class! Choreography is done with fast & upbeat music at a high intensity level.

 
Zumba
Join our “fitness party” and get your feet moving and hips shaking to Latin rhythms. In this dance/aerobics total body workout, you’ll burn calories while having fun! You will experience Salsa & Samba music with easy to follow dance moves to get your heart pumping! It’s the best party around! We also offer ZUMBA GOLD for those of you who want to shake your bon bon's at a less intense "beginner" level.
 

  Core Strength Pilates
Intense core training thru Pilates and other core based movements that will provide safe and effective total body conditioning.

Yoga
Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of uninterrupted flow of traditional poses. This class is for both beginners and advance students. 

Yogalates
Fusion of Yoga and Pilates, focusing on functional fitness. Stretching and relaxation techniques are incorporated.

January 8: Cardio Dance by Ria: Moving AND moving on the latest Top 40 pop songs and Latin beat. Can be low or high impact.

January 15: Cardio Dance by Ria: Same as last week!

January 22: Bootcamp by Shawn: Strong is the new Skinny….Get ready to toughen up ladies! During this class you will be trained in a “drill sergeant fashion” while strengthening and toning all major muscle groups to get that lean and mean chiseled looking body!

January 29: Bootcamp by Shawn: Same as last week!

February 5: Scripture Meditation Yoga by Ria: Renew our mind and body through integration of body movement, breath, and meditation on Bible scripture.

February 12: Belly Dance by Maribel: Shake, Shimmy and twist that tummy away! During this class you will get a workout from head to toe while having fun! Belly Dancing was originated in the Middle Eastern and it helps with aligning, toning and increasing flexibility.

February 19: Belly Dance by Maribel: Same as last week!

February 26: On the Ball by Ria: Cardio, core strengthening, and toning using a Resist-Ball.

March 4: African Beat by Ria: Feel the African drum beat – great cardio workout on your bare feet!

March 11: Bootcamp by Shawn: Strong is the new Skinny….Get ready to toughen up ladies! During this class you will be trained in a “drill sergeant fashion” while strengthening and toning all major muscle groups to get that lean and mean chiseled looking body!

March 18: Cardio Kick Box by Ria: This class can be low or high impact along with movement options according to your preference.

March 25: Body Sense by Ria: Highly therapeutic movement class on bare feet, fusing modern dance, martial arts, yoga, and mindfulness skills to be in the here and now; This workout is balance enhancing, core strengthening, and stress relieving along with some serious sweating?
